Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato paste
    1 large can (40 oz.) kidney beans (not drained)
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, garlic and green pepper; add beans, paste, seasonings and small amount of water.
    Cover and simmer on low heat, gently until thick and onion and pepper are tender.
