Grizzly Bear Casserole(North Dakota Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
onion to taste
1 medium can creamed corn
grated cheese

Preparation

Peel, slice and cook potatoes on top of stove until almost done.
Brown and drain ground beef (with onions if desired). Layer ingredients in casserole dish in this order:
potatoes, beef and corn.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes; top with grated cheese for last 10 minutes of baking.
