Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; brown both sides in oil.
    Remove chops and drain on paper towels.
    Reserve drippings in skillet.
    Add onion to skillet; saute until tender.
    Stir in rice, tomatoes, salt, sugar and mustard; add pork chops and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
