Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 green bell peppers
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. powdered pectin
green food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Wash peppers, remove stems and seeds and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
