Baked Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can whole corn (undrained)
1 can creamed corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Mix ingredients together; pour into large greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, until knife comes out clean.
