Rice Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. instant brown rice
    1 c. frozen cut green beans, thawed
    2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion in hot margarine until tender.
    Add broth, lemon juice and garlic powder.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice. Return to boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in green beans, almonds and dill; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
