Tiny Jelly Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar, divided
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour (less 1/2 Tbsp.)
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff but not dry.
Gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar, blending well.
Beat egg yolks, water and vanilla together until thick.
Slowly blend in remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
