Old-Fashioned Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unseasoned mashed potato
    2 pkg. (1/4 oz. size) active dry yeast *
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    7 1/2 to 7 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    *To make this bread in half the time, substitute 2 packages quick-rise active dry yeast for regular dry yeast.
    Cut the rising times in half and bake as directed.
