Oriental Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. asparagus (1-inch slices)
    1 inch boiling water
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Cook asparagus in water 3 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    In bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Add asparagus; toss and chill 2 hours.
    Serves 4.
