Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. boneless, washed chicken breasts, patted dry
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. vegetable oil (canola)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    Fry in a large skillet and brown all sides.
    Remove and place in shallow baking pan and arrange pieces to fit.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Reheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain pineapple juice in measuring cup and add water to make 1 1/4 cups of liquid. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
    Boil 2 minutes; pour over chicken.
    Add pineapple chunks and green pepper strips.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until tender.
