Creamy Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in sweetened juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 1/2 pkg.)
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in pieces
1 container Cool Whip
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Boil the crushed pineapple in juice and sugar; mix.
Add the unflavored gelatin and cold water to the boiled mixture.
Add the cream cheese.
Beat with beater.
Let cool in refrigerator until partially set.
Beat in the Cool Whip.
Top with nuts, if you wish.
