Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Stew meat, approximately 2 1/2 lbs.
2 packages carrots, chopped
8 to 10 potatoes, cubed
1 onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
salt
pepper
garlic to taste
oregano
3 Tbsp. minute tapioca
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees.
