Lemony Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

4 large chicken breast halves
2 lemons
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken; pat dry.
Grate rind from 1 lemon; set aside.
Squeeze juice from this lemon over chicken.
Combine flour and paprika in shallow dish.
Turn each breast in flour to coat.
In skillet, saute chicken in hot oil until brown on all sides, approximately 10 minutes.
Mix reserved lemon rind, brown sugar and salt; sprinkle over chicken.
Add broth to skillet. Cook, covered, over low heat for 25 minutes.
Thinly slice second lemon; arrange over chicken.
Cook, covered, an additional 10 minutes or until fork-tender.
