Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes, boiled with skins and ends cut off
1 c. white sugar
1/3 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Skin potatoes while hot and mash.
Add all ingredients to potatoes.
Mix thoroughly and pour into a well-greased, 2-quart baking dish.
