Cashew Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. broken cashew nuts or almonds
    1 c. Chinese noodles
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients in butter or margarine.
    Place all in oiled casserole dish.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    I save about 1/2 cup noodles and sprinkle them over casserole because I like the crunchiness.
