White Or Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. milk
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour.
Cook, stirring, until bubbly.
Add mustard, salt, pepper and gradually add the milk.
Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
