Grandma'S Hot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese (prefer sharp)
Preparation
    Mix rice together with sour cream, chili peppers, salt and pepper.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over top of rice mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
