Wayne'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or so hamburger
    1 small to medium onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    mushrooms (we use fresh; use all you want)
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 shakes pepper flakes
    1/2 doz. shakes dehydrated garlic
    1/16 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce (more or less to suit taste; what do I know?)
    spaghetti, boiled
Preparation
    Fry hamburger with onion and pepper.
    Drain the darn oil off after it's cooked.
    Meanwhile, clean and slice mushrooms.
    Boil in salted water.
    Drain mushrooms, leaving 1/3 cup water.
    Put in hamburger mixture, plus tomato paste and sauce.
    Then add seasonings.
    Let simmer awhile while you boil your spaghetti.
