Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Wash, salt and pepper chicken pieces.
    Roll in flour until well coated.
    Fry in deep cooking oil (no need to cook well done through) until golden brown.
    Place fried pieces in Dutch oven. Add soup and water to cover chicken.
    Simmer until tender.
    Serve over cooked rice.
