Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    the
    sugar,
    Crisco,
    eggs, salt and cocoa.
    Add soda, vinegar,
    vanilla and food coloring; mix well, then add buttermilk alternately with flour.
    Bake in 3 layers (greased and floured pans) for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
