Corn Stick Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white cornmeal
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 doz. smoked sausage links
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

You will need small metal or iron corn stick irons, divided into small sections.
If using long irons, use 2 sausage.
