Marion'S Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Fry the bacon until crisp and drain well.
Drain the skillet where you fried the bacon, leaving 2 tablespoons of grease.
Add the rice (you may use leftover rice, if you wish) and the crushed red pepper and stir well over a low fire.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve hot.
