Alaskan Rhubarb Pineapple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chunky pineapple, well drained
    2 c. (1 inch pieces) rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar (divide in half)
    1/2 c. each flour and oatmeal
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In greased 8-inch square baking dish, mix pineapple and rhubarb; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
    In small bowl, mix remaining sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and salt until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Rhubarb was a favorite of my mom.
