Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
    2 cups grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients at once. Beat well. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes for large pans and 1 hour for small pans. Use 2 large loaf pans or 3 small loaf pans.
