Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs in a mixer on low speed.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Sift together dry ingredients, add to first mixture and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 8 x 8-inch cake pans or one (9 x 13-inch) greased and floured cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
