Joyce'S Baked Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked according to directions and drained very well (squeeze)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Drain well and squeeze out excess liquid.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Mix spinach, onion, Parmesan and sour cream. Pour into casserole dish and top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
