Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices toasted bread
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Tear up toast into bite size pieces.
Put into buttered baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Beat well and pour over toast.
Sprinkle well with cinnamon and sugar on top. Slice small slices of butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
