Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flake cereal
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients together; set aside.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange juice and rind and oil.
Add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour. Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remainder on rack.
