Milk Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole milk
    1 stick margarine
    6 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk and margarine to boiling hot. Just before it starts to boil, sift flour, salt and sugar.
    Pour hot milk slowly into flour mixture. Mix well and make into balls. Put on wax paper and cover with damp cloth. Roll each ball thin and bake on lefsa iron.
