Old Fashion Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. (8 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    5 1/2 to 6 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan until very warm. Now, add yeast.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.
    Combine warm liquid, 2 cups all-purpose flour and remaining ingredients in a large size bowl; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, stir in remaining flour to make dough stiff.
    Knead on well floured surface about 2 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl; let rise in warm place 60 minutes.
    Punch down dough, divide and shape into 2 loaves.
    Place in 2 greased 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch bread pans. Cover; let rise 60 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Immediately remove from pans; brush with butter.
