Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large bowl.
    Add meat.
    Allow to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
