Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute ham, onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until onions are tender. Add eggs and cook until slightly set. Remove from heat.
