Three Grain Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    1/2 c. uncooked barley
    1/2 c. uncooked lentils
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1/3 c. finely chopped red Bermuda onion
    1 finely diced firm large tomato
    parsley, salt, pepper and Veg-it to taste*
Preparation
    *Veg-it with sea salt and yeast from health food store, else use substitute, Veg-All from super market.
