Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    6 to 8 slices bacon, chopped
    2 c. shredded American cheese *
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese *
    2 c. soft bread cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 small green pepper, chopped fine
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
    red salsa (optional)
Preparation
    *Low-fat cheese and milk may be used.
