Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Heat a
    lightly greased frying pan and place each tortilla in the pan.
    cook until soft (do not fry or dry).
    Grate cheese and place 2 to 3 tablespoons in each tortilla.
    Fold in half.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
    Serve with olives, sour cream, onions and salsa.
