Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can tomato paste (in meat)
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can sauerkraut
    1/2 can tomato juice
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
