Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour (level)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Use pastry blender to combine these ingredients.
Sprinkle over top of pie.
Return to oven for 35 to 45 minutes until filling is set.
Cool completely before cutting.
