Pavlova Australia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. malt vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Cool Whip
    fruit as desired (strawberries, bananas, etc.)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Gradually add sugar on lowest setting of mixer.
    Add vanilla, malt vinegar and cornstarch.
    Blend into egg whites.
