New Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 fresh pineapple or 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    1 medium apple, chopped finely
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes
    1/2 c. toasted walnut pieces
    2 kiwi fruit
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. lemon flavored yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss together fruit.
    In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except lettuce) gently.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Contains 210 calories if using reduced calorie mayonnaise.
