Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 10 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 cups milk
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1 1/2 cups Velveeta Cheese, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Mix broccoli chicken, onion and pepper in a sauce pan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce to low heat and cook until tender.
    About 10 minutes.
    Process in blender until smooth. Return to stove and add all but 1/4 cup of milk.
    Bring to boil stirring occassionaly.
    Add corn starch to the 1/4 cup milk and mix until smooth.
    Add slowly to the boiling mixture.
    Simmer on low for 10 more minutes.
