Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    mushroom stems, minced
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned and crumbled
    3 Tbsp. butter
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; remove stems.
    Sprinkle mushroom caps with lemon juice; brown stems in butter, then add to garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, onion and sausage.
    Mix together.
    Pile into mushroom caps.
    Sprinkle with more bread crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
