Bread Pudding For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, broken in pieces
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    either 1/2 c. coconut, 1 grated apple or raisins
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla together lightly and pour over bread in buttered casserole.
    Add either coconut, grated apple or raisins.
    You can also use some cake crumbs or sweet rolls, etc.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 until custard is set.
