Pork Chops In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops; brown in oil.
    Pour off excess fat. Sprinkle lemon juice, sugar and seasonings over chops.
    Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour, or until tender. Serve, using sauce over rice or noodles.
