Ham And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed (Pepperidge Farm is good)
    1 lb. ham, cubed
    3/4 lb. American cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
    7 to 8 medium eggs, slightly beaten
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Place bread cubes and ham in bottom; top with cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over cheese layer.
    Top with margarine.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Easy and delicious!
