Baked Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can boiled in butter mushrooms
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix together chicken, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, mushrooms, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chicken soup.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with grated cheese and potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
