Special Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Beat eggs with sugar and add to peach mixture.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until set, about 25 minutes.
