Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (medium-large)
3 eggs
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. cooked ham, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pork, ground
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced into 4 halves
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pieces Chinese sausage, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
Preparation

Debone chicken for stuffing.
Marinate chicken in a bowl in soy sauce and lemon juice overnight.
Blend in bowl the ground pork, chicken, sausage, cheese, relish, raw eggs, salt, pepper, Accent and melted margarine (butter).
Stuff chicken with mixture, arranging sliced eggs in the center of the mixture without overstuffing chicken.
Sew opening and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
