Toasted Praline Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1/2 c. heavy cream (whip)
1 Tbsp. bourbon
1 1/2 c. toasted pecans
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, sugar and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Stir until well blended.
Add cream, bourbon and vanilla. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Reheat and serve over pound cake. Contains 78 calories per serving.
