Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil (to cover bottom of skillet)
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 or 3 onions, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. dried or fresh parsley, chopped
    1 large can stewed or plain tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1 clove garlic
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
Preparation
    Put olive oil in skillet and preheat for approximately 3 minutes.
    Add pot roast and brown both sides.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer on medium heat until meat is done, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
