Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped potatoes
14 1/2 oz. can green beans, drained
15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn, drained
15 1/4 oz. can Lima beans, drained
15 oz. can English peas
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, mashed
29 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups macaroni, precooked
2 lbs. ground chuck OR 2 - 3 cups chopped roast
1 - 2 pods hot peppers, optional
Preparation

In a large pot add onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cover with water and cook until almost done. While this is cooking, brown ground chuck until pink is gone. Drain and rinse with warm water. Add remaining ingredient to pot and season with salt and black pepper. Add water if needed for right consistency. Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
